I am in the process of opening up a restaurant in/near a local nationley known college in SC.

The last statement Dr. Paras made about restaurants is:
“Opening” verses “Having one & Operating it”. The 2nd part is what I want.
I have 33 Yrs. experience in Business world as a Supervisor, Manager, Production, Sourcing fields. BS Degree in Business Management/Science.

I really appreciate the newsleters, I’m alway getting ideas on how to better run and advertise my buisness. I bought an opperational coffe shop in a small town three months ago and it is challenging to make it profitable. Thank you for your imput in how to do it.

Very helpful information for our small business. It is useful as a check list for me as Owner/Manager, to know what I’m doing right, and what I need to improve in. Hospitality is Number 1. People don’t usally remeber price…..BUT, they will most definetely remember the SEVE they received, and that depermines whether they will be back again or not! Thank you
