I am in the process of opening up a restaurant in/near a local nationley known college in SC. The last statement Dr. Paras made about restaurants is: "Opening" verses "Having one & Operating it". The 2nd part is what I want. I have 33 Yrs. experience in Business world as a Supervisor, Manager, Production, Sourcing fields. BS Degree in Business Management/Science.
