We’ll send it to you via email. If you don’t have an email address, call us and we’ll fax it to you. Next, gather your last three month’s bank statements. Sorry, we can’t accept online statements, we need the one your bank sends you…and no summary statements, please. Third, find your last month’s credit card statement. Fourth, complete and sign the two page application and fax the application along with your last three month’s bank statements and last months’ credit card statement to us at (281) 538 -8328. The day we receive your information doesn’t count. For instance, if we receive all the information we need on a Monday, you will receive a funding answer on or before Wednesday.
